This pandemic has been taking a toll on our emotional well being for sometime now. Many of us no longer feel like ourselves. You are a bit more irritable and a lot less tolerant than usual. You’re easily exhausted and overwhelmed, and you find that the things that used to excite you, no longer bring you joy.
